Alexis Falicov, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Falicov specializes in surgery of the spine, general orthopedics, trauma and facture care. He has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery. He deals with fractures, ligament injuries, spine tumors, complex spine deformities, and hip and knee arthritis. Dr. Falicov performs minimally invasive anterior approach hip replacements and partial knee replacements. He also performs minimally invasive spinal decompressions and fusions.

Todd Kreps, PA-C
A Gulf War Veteran, Todd served in the United States Air Force as an Airborne Arabic Linguistic Specialist before entering a career in Medicine. He pursued his undergraduate degree at Southern University in Louisiana which was followed by a ten year career in the surgical arena. He then attended the University of Washington’s School of Medicine where he obtained his Bachelor of Clinical Health Services degree. After graduating Physician Assistant school in 2006, he began working with Dr. Alexis Falicov at Seattle Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic and then at OPA. He continues to support Dr. Falicov in Spine, Trauma, and Fracture care, and general Orthopedics. Todd is a member of the AAPA, WAPA, and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates.
