Roger has been with OPA for greater than 24 years. He is currently working with Dr. Martin Mankey in the foot and ankle sub-specialty. He has 40 years of medical experience starting in 1971. Originally military trained, he has supported his education through Mankato State University. He was certified as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant in 1979, and he carried that certification up through 2007. He is licensed by the state of Washington as a Physician Assistant/surgical assistant.
