A Letter Regarding COVID-19: Helping Our Community

Dear Valued patients,

Through all of the developments surrounding the COVID-19 restrictions, we have been working harder to make sure that our community is safe.

With having families ourselves, we completely feel everything that you’re feeling right now and we know how challenging it can be.

It’s difficult to look ahead at the landscape and feel the uncertainty in it all.

However, we’ve weathered all kinds of challenges with our patients and with ourselves before, and we know that this one is no different.

Our primary focus still remains on delivering excellent service.

Here are a few answered questions:

When can I call the clinic?

Our phone hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you are calling after hours, our answering service is available to receive your call.

When is the clinic open?

We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Are there telehealth services?

We are available to evaluate you as soon as possible, either in-person or via Telehealth. Please call 206-386-2600  to speak with a staff member who can help answer questions and schedule an appointment.

Is there a health screening?

For the safety of you, our staff, and the community, everyone is required to wear a mask. We urge you to bring your own mask or face covering to your appointment. In the event you do not have a mask/covering you will be provided one at the health screening desk upon arrival.

We are screening everyone before entering the clinic, including providers and employees. Please stop at the 1st floor to be screened prior to clinic entry.

We ask that you remain at home if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • fever
  • sore throat
  • shortness of breath
  • recent onset of cough
  • recent onset of muscle aches, pain, or soreness
  • recent onset of fatigue
  • recent onset of loss of sense to smell or taste
  • recent onset of diarrhea or other G.I. symptoms
  • Chills
  • known recent exposure to COVID-19.

Can I bring someone with me?

Additionally, we are unable to accommodate visitors/escorts/caretakers at this time (exceptions include patients under the age of 18 and patients requiring ambulatory assistance). We request they remain in their vehicle or such as the lobby areas are no longer available at this time.

If we can help with anything else, please contact us.

Stay safe.
