I had a great experience with Dr. Kevin Ko when I saw him for my shoulder. He took the time to carefully review my MRI, listen to what I was experiencing, and, most importantly, listen to what I wanted to accomplish. Rather than immediately recommending surgery, as I’ve experienced with other orthopedic surgeons, Dr. Ko worked with me to develop a plan focused on getting me back to my normal exercise routine while treating the problem appropriately. I really appreciated that he took a conservative, thoughtful approach and made me feel like we were working together on my recovery. I never felt rushed or pressured into surgery. Dr. Ko explained things clearly, answered my questions, and genuinely listened to my concerns and goals. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor who takes the time to understand the patient and explore options before jumping to surgery.

Office Check-in was quick and not a long wait time to see the doctor. Dr Lee was very thorough explaining the procedure for under going a knee replacement.

Long checkin due to short staffing, but after that doctor was prompt, assistant was very professional and friendly and I was very impressed by doctors thoroughness and expertise.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Laura Matsen. She is kind, thoughtful, professional, friendly and thorough. Right from the start, walking into her office everything was easy and prompt. The front desk was friendly. My appointment began on time and her assistant started by giving me a rundown of what all was going to happen. Afterwords I had X-rays and again I was greeted professionally and kindly. And my meeting with Dr. Matsen could not have been better. She was very thorough, she had read my charts ahead of time and even remembered this we had chatted about at my last appointment 6 months earlier. I wish all my medical appointments could be so pleasurable and easy!

Dr Matsen has been a pleasure to work with for my LTKR . The surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been on point. So far every office visit has been on time and her staff has been great to work with as well . I have a RTKR in 6 weeks with Dr Matsen and she has been honest about trying to compare expectations for the next TKR . Fact is it’s going to be different then the first one and it may not be as easy as the LTKR which I like that she didn’t take it lightly , she was honest about it which helps prepare my mindset. I would highly recommend her

Dr Wilcox has done an excellent job of reattaching my avulsed hamstring tendon! I’m healing up so well. 6 weeks post op and I’m up and moving. Thank you Dr Wilcox! Looking forward to my physical therapy and getting back to tennis! 🎾
