Doctor Garr is a trained non-surgical spine specialist who is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management. While serving King County’s Community on Capitol Hill, Dr. Garr is now seeking to expand and become an integral part of the healthcare community in Kitsap County. With over 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Garr delivers professionalism and interpersonal skills that allow her to connect with a diverse community of patients; all while tailoring unique treatment plans.
