Dr. Archana Chivukula
Dr. Archana Chivukula is a board-certified sports medicine physician who provides non-surgical solutions for pain and injuries in patients of all ages—children, adults, seniors, and athletes. She is formally trained in prolotherapy through the prestigious Hackett-Hemwall-Paterson Foundation and certified by the Gulf Coast Ultrasound Institute in micro-fragmented adipose tissue (MFAT).
With more than 15 years of global experience, Dr. Chivukula specializes in advanced, research-based regenerative treatments—including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), orthobiologics, and precision ultrasound-guided procedures. Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and creating safe, effective, and individualized treatment plans that speed recovery, restore mobility, and help patients exhaust all non-surgical options.

A devoted parent, she understands the challenges of staying healthy while managing a busy lifestyle—and she loves helping patients do the same.

Dr. Eva Young
Dr. Young is a physiatrist who specializes in the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. She has special interest in the spine and the treatment of neck and back pain. She is also fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal sports medicine as well as interventional spine and joint procedures.
Dr. Young enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons. When time permits, she loves to travel and explore the outdoors, play ice hockey and ski. When she is not running after her toddler son, she likes to beat her husband at fantasy football. The whole family enjoys traveling and being outdoors.

Dr. Brian Snitily
Dr. Snitily is a physiatrist and sports medicine specialist. He is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and spine injuries. He is particularly interested in maximizing functional outcomes in his patients. He is fellowship trained in sports medicine and has worked with athletes of all levels, from youth sports to Olympians. He also has extensive training in spine and joint procedures, both with fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
Dr. Snitily was born and raised in western Washington. In addition to spending time with his wife and two young daughters, he loves running, hiking and camping.
Dr. Snitily’s goal is to manage his patients’ non-operative spine and musculoskeletal needs from initial diagnosis up to the point of surgery. He is interested in maintaining the activity level and quality of life through conservative and rehabilitation measures whenever possible. When needed, he is able to provide his patients with diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions including:

- Ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided peripheral joint injections

Dr. Carrie Wilcox
Dr. Wilcox is Board Certified in Sports Medicine and Family Medicine. She offers her patients a unique perspective in treatment based on her prior experiences as an athlete and previous general surgery training. Dr. Wilcox is focused on helping all age ranges, from adolescents to older patients, be able to return to their prior physical activities by identifying each individual’s unique injury and implementing a comprehensive treatment plan.
Dr. Wilcox is a specialist in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound. She performs diagnostic ultrasound and therapeutic injections with ultrasound guidance to reduce pain and improve function from osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, and other inflammatory conditions. Additionally, Dr. Wilcox performs platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for both arthritis and tendon tears.
Dr. Wilcox was born and raised in New England and moved to Seattle with her husband after medical school and has never looked back. She loves the Pacific Northwest and couldn’t be happier to be raising her two boys in this beautiful area. She enjoys running, playing volleyball and basketball, and skiing with her family.
