I was recently referred to Dr. McAdam for an ankle injury and wanted to share some thoughts about my experience at OPA. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment the entire staff was professional, courteous and very responsive. I was able to get in to see Dr. McAdam on very short notice, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns – making sure that I understood all of the issues surrounding my injury. After having an MRI (which was scheduled for the very next day) I was contacted the following morning by Dr. McAdam who had already reviewed the results. While much of the health care field is mired in delays, a lack of professionalism, and subpar communication (often bordering on arrogance), OPA has set the bar very high. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Dr. McAdam and OPA. Thank you for taking the time to do things the right way.
